The Leader Report Card™ is a quick online survey developed from over three decades of working with leaders. It can be used as a stand-alone assessment or to provide the first step in a development process.

 

 

CCG’s Leader Report Card™ provides clients with two options:

 

1. LEADER ALONE:

An assessment for leaders to rank their own leadership skills. This provides:

  • Opportunity for an honest look at areas of strength, average skill or need for growth.

  • Determination regarding training and education choices for the individual.

 

 

2. LEADER PLUS SUPERVISOR:

Option for individual leader and the supervisor to share perspectives on the leader’s strengths and areas for attention. This provides:

  • Confirmation of areas needing attention

  • Points out differences in perspectives to investigate

  • Possible blind spots for the leader

  • Encourages more conversation on performance with supervisor and leader
