Work Style Diversity

Challenges in workplace diversity are more than cultural, economic, educational, generational and ethnic differences.  There are also behavioral, motivational, intellectual and work style differences.  Leadership toay complels us to be more responsive to a wide range of people unlike ourselves. 

CCG provides tools in identifying and understanding the advantages of working effectively together in a diverse workforce.  These work style diversities are the focus of a program offered by CCG to:

  • Gain an understanding of their own diversity;
  • Gain an awareness of how effectively understanding diverse work styles can decrease tensions, conflict and actually increase productivity;
  • Learn a common language to articulate and appreciate how diversity will enhance and foster recognition of unique and personal contributions to the organization
  • Learn how to communicate with intent
